No, it’s not super stuffed with foam. Yes, it’s for kids. If you’re buying this as an adult, you should put a mattress topper inside of it. If you’re an adult and whining about how thin it is, shame on you. This thing is for kids. Built for kids. If you want it to be made for adults, like WE did, then buy a memory foam mattress topper and jam it inside. This thing is like the main attraction of our ‘chill out’ room. So comfortable, seats so many people.

This is AWESOME!!! I got it for my daughter. We have a foam mattress topper under it. It is incredibly comfortable! The only con about it is that the zipper is weak. If it splits just un-zip and re-zip it. I may want to replace the zipper at some point if I can find one long enough. Its not a huge hassle.

The Totoro sleeping bag is incredibly cute! It looks pretty much as pictured and is a very usable sleeping bag. I often fall asleep in it for short naps and it’s pretty comfy, though longer sleeps would probably result in a sore back/neck since the stuffing isn’t much. The stuffing came very lumpy because of the way it was packaged, so we had to spend a good hour or so flattening and redistributing it, and even so it’s quite a bit flatter than expected. Would have loved for this to be a little fluffier so I could use it as a guest bed. Maybe I’ll fill it with mattress topper in future…
